A gripping story and dark atmosphere

A casual outing with friends quickly turns into a nightmare when one member of the group becomes infected with the "Yandere Virus." The disease transforms its victims into dangerous predators with distorted minds and uncontrollable aggression. The players awaken with their teammates in a strange area and must find a way to survive, gather ingredients to craft a cure, save their infected friend, and escape together.

Co-op gameplay and survival challenges

Yandere Virus supports 1 to 4 players. You can experience the isolation on your own or invite up to three friends on Steam to form a team. The game also features Proximity Voice Chat, adding tension and realism to communication as players navigate the dark environment.

As the team makes its way through the gloomy cemetery, the main objective is to find "Platonic Pumpkins" — platinum pumpkins that serve as the key ingredient for the only antidote. However, the journey is far from easy. The infected friend will relentlessly pursue the players while whispering terrifying words along the way. A single moment of carelessness that results in being caught can bring the game to an immediate end.

Dangers lurking around every corner

Players must not only evade their infected friend but also contend with a system of mutated plants scattered throughout the area. These natural traps can launch unexpected attacks even when you think you've lost your pursuer, demanding careful observation and quick reactions from the entire team.
