The story behind the fall of Vahrin

The city of Vahrin has fallen into chaos after being overrun by the grotesque insect-like creatures known as the Khraiax. To confront the invasion, the Free Cities alliance, united under the Combined Order, has deployed its military forces to defend the city.

Although the Khraiax prove unable to withstand the alliance's strength, an even greater threat rises from beneath the streets. The King of Vahrin is slain, thousands of soldiers perish, and only the most resilient survivors remain to fight for their homeland. Amid the turmoil across the Vale of Vahrin, players enter the story as a mercenary searching for their next contract.
